I am redoing my interior...new rear seat covers, carpet and gonna por-15 the floor. There is a rust spot under the rear seat about the size and shape of a crayon. What is the best fix for this ? The rest of the floor is fine.

I would grind down the spot to bare metal on top and bottom, epoxy primer it on both sides, fiberglass and sand it down smooth from the top side, paint it back black and call it a day.
SixxT9,
The real difference in the suggested repair is whether the person answering it lives in Ohio or not.
I live in Ohio, and know that rust never stops up here whether it's garaged or not. Welding in a metal patch should not be too expensive and the repair will be permanent.
If you don't have access to a MIG welder, we have a local sister Team Chevelle club called Tri-State Chevelle ( http://chevelles.net/tristate ) with several members probably in your area. We often help club members with little jobs like yours. For the price of membership in the local club, you may end up with a "real repair" for next to nothing. :)

If you are going to use POR-15. They have a product that is just for patching small areas designed just for this purpose.
