First off, let me say that I figured my car would pick up well on a small shot - tight converter, big cam, big exhaust. My car is a serious pig on motor(which I expected) but I am pleased with the first nitrous run. The car's best run on motor was 7.82 at 88ish mph with a 1.74 60'. The first run off the trailer on Friday night was a 7.29 at 95.6 mph with a 1.61 60'. I started having traction issues after that run and could never get better than a 7.34 with the 60 much slower than the first run. Next time at the track, I am putting the 150 pills in to see if I can get in the 6's. I do not have a cage so that may be the fastest I take this car.

Car is 3400 lbs with me in it(all steel), 30 over 350(10ish to 1 comp) with performer rpm heads, vic jr manifold, mystery cam(real lumpy though!), 750 proform carb, Hooker super comp 1 3/4 long tubes, 3 in. exhaust with x pipe and one chambers

I like to keep it looking stock style. I may have to put a 2" cowl hood on it though. I cannot really run a decent air cleaner on it now.

Yeah, no cage so lower than 11.50 will keep me flagged.

Right now it runs hi 12's but I am having some fuel issues with it starving out on the top end and need to go to a 3" exhaust it has 2 1/4" out the back.
I think I can get a hi 11 out of it when I have all the bugs worked out.

It has 60'ed in the hi 1.70's low 1.80's so far.

your car is also pretty light compared to other chevelles. You will see a nice improvement just by going to the 3" exhaust and getting that fuel issue. I would hold off on the 150 shot until you get the fuel issue sorted. Do you have a side shot of your 65, just wondering how it looks with the rims. Right now I have just the dog dish on my 64.
