Maybe no one here will know but this one has my curiosity up...
Playing the parts mix and match game with power steering components. I find that on a '92 Camaro there is a pressure switch in the high pressure steering line, but only on the cars with A/C.
So my question is what function did this switch serve?
It apparently is not a safety/diagnostic function or it would be on the non-A/C cars as well.
