Was D88 an option for a non-SS Malibu in 1971?

DaleM Jul 9th, 07, 11:05 PM Yes even though according to 71 literature I have it states under EXTRA COST EQUIPMENT, 'Paint stripe, hood - SS and Custom El Camino Models only -------- D88'. There is a member (can't remember name) that posted a 71 Malibu Sport Coupe build sheet clearly showing D88 stripes and NO SS option ordered. | ||
