I need to know the max value of 350 crankshaft journal misalignment (when the crank doesn't turn on a strat line).

that's called runout, or just plain bent crank. think about it like this, there's between .001 and .0015 physical clearance between the bearing shell and the crank journal. So if a crank is bent .002 ( .004 runout) it's into the bearing. bummer deal man.

I've seen deals where cranks bent worse than that were run successfully, but I don't know how.
