I just purchased some full quarter panels that are advertised as being made with GM tooling but there is no identification on the quarter panels as being GM Restoration Parts.

Is there a way to tell whether or not these were really made with the GM tooling?

what box did they come in if they came in a brown box with a GM restoration logo on it they are the GM tooled ones if they are in a white box probably taiwan

Fwiw ,I have an original 70 rear quarter ,still in it's original old box,and it has a part number sticker on the quarter itself,but no stamping.
