I have been struggling for A few hours to get my new Vacuum line in . Is this possible with out bending it ? Car is T400 BB 69.

Hi Mike, Fun trying to get it in, isn't it? Where is it giving you trouble, around the distributor? If I remember right, that was the only spot that was a pain.

I made my own. The rubber connection hoses are not in place and the disturber is a junk one just for mock up.

After going at it again. I think Part of my problem it the braided fuel line setup I have . It is interfering . I will probaby go back to a Holly type of line.Thanks for the replies guys.

Mike, If your fuel line is routed to the front of the motor, how does it get in the way? The tranny vacuum line typically sits very low on the manifold at about the level of the base of the distributor. Maybe you can re-route the fuel lines rather than replacing them?

It has a fitting for a fuel pessure gauge that goes beyond the back of the fuel bowl. You would kind of have to see it. Making stock stuff and performance parts work can be a pain.
