has anyone had any trouble with their mini starter? i installed a power master 18 mo. ago and it's worked well, no heat problems. last saturday morning getting ready for the woodward cruise instead of starting it just spun, i had to disconnect the batt. then tap on the selanoid (sp) to get it to disengage. i'm wondering if this is going to be an on going problem? i bought a better starter to avoid these problems, frustrated

interesting.. my car has a cvr mini started for over 6 months now and no problems but only time will tell i guess...

Bummer John....I have had my ProForm mini starter for about 12 months and it has not fouled on me yet. Is there any chance that the starter bolts have vibrated loose? Hope you find the cure soon.
