will a 2.08 valve have clearance issues with a 4.030 bored SBC. Is this a bolt on deal with a .530" to .550" lift cam?

Im just looking for head options for a 355 street/strip motor,weekend toy/occasion drive to work once a week car. Will I sacrifice lowend driveablility even with 3.73/3200 10" stall? Current combo is 2.02/1.60 Sportsman II's. Going a different direction with motor and will need bigger.

I'm not 100% sure, but i doubt you will have a problem. I have 2.08's on a 400 thats .060 over. The only thing that you may run into a problem is it being too much valve for your motor due to it being harder for the air to get around the big valve in a small bore. May need some unshrouding work. I'm sure more will chime in here for that.
