I have a centerforce DF behind my 396. So far so good.

I have 4 manual car and they all have canter force's in them now. They didn't all start out that way but it's the way to go IMHO.

Another vote for Centerforce DF! Good quality from my experience, at least for all around everyday use.

Centerforce dual Friction here, and I hate it! No way I would ever use another one for a street car. I have adjusted it every way from H$!! and it is still very hard to get in 1st or reverse. I called Centerforce and they told me its pretty common.

I have a C.F. Dual friction clutch assbly. in mine, put it in 2 years ago,it works flawlessly.Make sure you turn your flywheel, use new bolts and locks. Also lube the throwout collar(bearing retainer) and fork.

Not sure 4 or 5 months if i stay on it, or maybe longer, after I get the metal work done I will probably bring in a body guy to help me finish it, maybe a couple of them, I'm to picky, so its hard for anybody to work with me.

Been using a Centerforce dual friction for years now and no complaints.

I'm running a Ram 4 puck ceramic. It engages smoothly and grabs when I dump the clutch at 4000, just below my tq peak. I can't complain. I was told a clutch without springs would chatter, but I've had no problems.

Centerforce.

It went in easily, works flawlessly, and has a nice light pedal.
