Hey guys, hopefully this will be a simple question.

How do you measure a stall convertor? Meaning if it supposed to be a 10", is their a way to verify it is a 10"? The reason I am asking is my friend just ordered a new Coan, it is supposed to be a 10" and the reciept says 10", but when he measured across it, it measures right on 11".

Is their a way to tell for sure?

Well the reason I am asking is my convertor is right on at 10" as well. His is dead nuts 11" but everything says it is supposed to be a 10".
