Looking to buy the axle kit with C-Clip eliminators for street or strip. Anyone able to get a price break from their retail pricing?

I just got a quote from them to rebuild my rear end. The prices they quoted me are the same as from their catalogue. P/N P1011GOT (Pro Race Axles,c-clip elims for street-strip,and 1/2" stud kit $469.50 For them to do all the work, including new posi unit, Gears, set it up, ready to bolt in, was about $1400. They are about 10 miles from my house so there wont be any shipping. I dont know how the price compares to Summit, Jegs.

I would personally use another brand..especially if you eventually need axles. Strange has one of the highest incidents with axles failers I've heard of...ask around some of the racing boards and you'll find out which ones break the most often.

Look to Moser for a c-clip eliminator kit...axles too. Good stuff for street/strip. Mark Williams is top of the line for drag only stuff.
