Ok so here is my dilema....i have the fender extensions unbolted and ready to come off but cant seem to get them out from underneath the bumper. The bottom lip is stuck under there and I have already mashed up and gouged the paint in that area already. My only option right now is to remove the bumper.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Losen the bumper, carefully, you wont have to remove it.

Thanks....i got them off without having to losen the bumper , but getting them back on without marring the new paint is going to be a challenge. Which bolts should i losen? the bracket bolts or the ones that actually go into the bumper themselves (i believe they are called carriage bolts with rounded heads)?

The bolts going from the bracket to the frame need to be loosened.

And you may want to have a friend help re-align the bumper and hold it in place when the time comes.
