New engine was steady at 7-8" of vacuum with UDSB 288/296-F5 solid cam. Then I change cold lash from .020 to .022, now engine runs rougher and vacuum gauge vibrates but smoothes out as RPM increases? I also changed the power valve from a 2.5 to a 4.5, any ideas what might be causing the vacuum gauge vibration? It could be related to this or something else like guides since the engine is new?

I'm gonna go check the lash hot and see where it's at.

Thanks!

I'm missing one, and I tell ya, we both should be buying epoxy and screens.
