I have looked all over for the torque specs for the bolts that connect the converter to the flexplate, any help would be appreciated

Good & tight with locktite.

I finally found the specs, hidden away in one of my rebuild books, and the answer is !!!!! 45 ft. lbs., it did not mention locktite, but I will use some anyway.
