This is how i adapted the fuel lines to the Pump, and i had to rotate the pump to clear the frame rail.

What fitings did you use?? I was looking at Earl's barbed for the inlet. Are you running braided or hard line to the carb?
Thanks

Hardline from the rear of the car. Then i used a Russel fuel line adapter for 3/8 to 6an. To adapt the hardline to the pump i wanted to use 8an, so i used a 6an to 8an union reducer. braided from the hardline to the pump.

Then to adapt the 8an to the pump (10an inlet) i used a earls O-ring adapter which was 10an to 8an, only fitting i could find that would do that reduction.

From there everything is 8an to the carb.

All the fuel lines have an insulating cover over them, as they run by the radiator hoses.

I was a little suspicious of the Russel fuel line adaptors, but so far, so good. I'll let you guys know if i have any problems with them.

Brian,
Pick up an XRP catalog ;)
Not the least expensive fittings but lotsa good stuff in one place.
email me if you have trouble finding one,I think I have a couple around here somewhere.

Just be carefull when installing those fittings if they are pipe thread on the pump side you can crack the pump if you over tighten them. Don't ask how I know this graemlins/clonk.gif
