Is there any reason why not to bypass the TCS on my stock '70 402/350/Th400 and have full-time vacuum advance?

The car had the actual system removed by the time I got it, and yesterday I pulled the wiring harness out of the bulkhead connector. Just one more illegal modification... I run Antique plates which exempts me from inspections. And besides, here they don't look for much of anything - just pollutants out of the exhaust pipe.
