I have a problem with my wipers. When the wiper switch on my 66 El Camino is turned on I do not have any wiper movements. If I turn the switch off (all the way to the right) and turn the key from off to just before the start location I get a jump in the wipers, sometimes I can get them to move about 1/2 way through the cycle by doing this several times. Any ideas on what I should try next?

With the key on, check the yellow wires at motor for power. They should have power anytime the key is in the on position.
