Does anyone know the correct black to paint the rockers and lower body parts below the molding? Also the rear panel between the moldings where the SS emblem is? Semi gloss? satin gloss? and what is the best paint type to use?

Tim, The rockers and the tail panel should be painted the same semi gloss black. It can be done with a quality spray paint like Plasti-Kote, but the better way to paint it, is to get a quality quart of black auto enamel and add the flattener and hardener, and spray it with a gun.

While you're at it, you might want to paint the grille, grille extensions, and the bumper filler panel the same color.
