Help, I just got my 510 running and need some help with some stuff. My 510 uses a victor intake with a 1 1/2 inch 4150 carb adaptor/spacer, and my stock throttle cable is too short. Does someone out there make a throttle cable that will work with a minimal amount of engineering to fit in a 1971 chevelle? And the dipstick. I use a milodon 6 quart gen 6 oil pan and was wondering what dipsticks would fit. I saw the 50.00 milodon dipstick but was wondering if there was a cheaper alternative. This nickle and dime stuff is killing me.

I switched to a Lokar throttle cable, seems like it was around 30.00,but it works great. I think I'd bite the bullet and get Milodons dipstick.
