Have a 67 Malibu with a rusty inner fender under the battery tray. Seems they only sell the patch piece for 68-72. Any ideas for repair without buying the whole inner fender? Will the later piece work with modification?

Might be easier (cheaper) to make your own patch, since no one will be able to take a good look at it. :cool:
