It say's vendor bashing topics are not welcomed but dang it how do you warn people of lousy customer service? A specific restoration supplier in CT sent me a part I didn't order but they won't pick up the shipping to send it back and I shouldn't let you know who these people are? Originally I faxed them a parts list to see what was in stock and this particular part was not. I told them to hold off on the whole order but they shipped this one part to me anyway (it got coded as a B/O and arrived one month later). Its an honest mistake but they won't accept responsibility for their mistake. Talking with their CS manager was a waste of time he even made a point I've only ordered from them once (like they weren't making any money off me anyway). I just started the restoration so they've shot themselves in the foot. I wish I hadn't bought that part from them at CB07 now.
