What is the best way to remove the pop rivets that hold in the grille on my 67?

The best way I know to remove pop rivets is to drill off the head by using a good drill bit just larger than the size of the rivet body, IE if a 1/8" rivet use a 1/8" or next size up drill bit. Carefully place the bit into the center hole of the rivet, then drill into it, the head will fall off once you have drilled in enough, don't use too much pressure or you will break your grill. Then you can pull the rest of the rivet out of the back
