Hey everyone, questions for those of you who run the Lakewood lift bars, what do you think of them? Do they work well for your Chevelle? Are you happy you purchased them or would you rather have gotten something else?

I have a 71 SS Chevelle with 450 HP and Im thinking of picking up a set of the Lakewood lift bars. Would like to know what others of you think first.

Thanks!

I haven't been able to really try them out, but I like them so far.

i've had SSM-lift bars on my 68 for several years, car rides great and the traction is very good with sticky tires, will get several inches of air under front tires on a hard launch. used with both slicks and drag radials. i also use the stock style rear sway bar to equalize the load on each side or car, it helps.
i like them the best, compared to the no-hop and ladder bars i used in the past.
