Hey guys i wondering if you would know the best proven spark plug by all you 454 drivers out there. I have a 69 chevelle with the 454. Right now i have autolite coppers in their. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Autolites and NGK's are good plugs..really depends on the combination

I used to run R43T or R44T's in the iron heads, I have since switched to NGK's in the race rites.

I just have an hei dist and taylor wires 8.0 mm wires

I ran Accel #276 for years without a problem. If you need a shorter plug the Accel #276S is slightly shorter for header clearance. The #274 is one step colder but I always ran the #276 with about .045 gap.
