Probably about 215 rear wheel hp, should be good for high 14's at the drags at ~ 93 mph.

too many unknowns to make a good guess. what casting # are the heads? without knowing anything about the cam it's pretty difficult to say. but i would think that any decent running 350 with headers and 3.55 gears should be good for some kind of 14 sec time slip. does it have an aftermarket stall convertor, or a stock one? with the right cam and convertor i would say it would be capable of some mid to high 13's even if the heads were nothing speicial.
