Hey Bryan,
Many have drilled and tapped a carb spacer for the port. I have drilled and tapped my intake just below the carb. Both the RPM and Victor Junior I have are tapped with a 3/8 NPT fitting.

now having the port right below the carb draw fuel into the brake system?? i looked at my old carb and the vacuum port appears to be surrounded from the fuel spray with the way it is cast ??
thank you again

thank you again </font>[/QUOTE]The engine is pulling vacuum, not the brake booster. Won't be a problem. In fact, I'm having to tap out a vacuum fitting for my new Dart intake. I'm planning on putting the vacuum fitting right into the runner (making sure it doesn't protrude down too far to disrupt the air flow). Tapping the spacer is a good route to go if you think it might devalue the intake should you decide to sell it later.
