I found this site the other day and found it to be very interesting.
let me introduce myself .
My name Is Mike Face and I own a auto body paint and restoration shop in San Bernardino Ca. that I have operated with my wife Debbie since 1982.
I have a 1970 pro-touring Chevelle which has a full tubular chassis ,rack and pinion ,coilover springs ,4 wheel disc brakes by willwood .speedway eng. super speedway 9inch floater 3-link with adjustible panhard bar. 32 gal fuel safe fuel cell with bladder, drysump 502 ci ,bowtie block and heads,full roller mechanical cam 9:7 to 1 that puts out 682 hp @5250rpm and 689lb torqe @ 3200 on pump gas.
5.5 triple disc clutch and a richmond 6 speed with overdrive. the highest point of the car is the roof which sits no higher than 48inches while still having 3.5 inches of ground clearance.
The car was refinish to a show quality specs. in Flex Products illusion pigments to make a one of a kind effect/color.
The car has been featured in FEB 2004 of Popular Hotrodding and the NOV 2001 of Chevy High Performace magazines.
I would like to post a picture of it ......but being new to this forum , I have not figured that out yet.

Howdy! Great car you have! This is a great site and I will warn you, daily use can cause an addition quickly!

There's a great body shop forum here too with many pros like yourself, if you're inclined to help some folks out, or to get information.

Wow. Well, needless to say, if I ever am in your area and see that car, I'm pretty sure I'll know it's yours.

As a fellow Socaler, I'd be interested in hearing more about your shop though.
