is the drip edge molding the same for a vinyl roof and a regular painted roof ? I have a 70 that came as a two tone and I am looking at putting a vinyl top on it and it has the chrome fender spears.

Glad you asked!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a one owner 70, Did a frame off. It had a factory V-Top. Bought new rain gutter trim from Year one $90.00 bent them trying to get them on bought another set, BENT them. Then I went to a V-Top Shop and was informed " V-Top gutter trim is wider than non V-Top Cars. ATTENTION--- Get gutter trim from a V-Top car, REPO gutter trim WILL NOT WORK !!!!! It cost me $ 270.00 for trim to find this out. Bob ACES--AACA
