The last time I scaled my car,it did not have a trans.Wasn`t thinking, so my wife and I got in the car (thinking she would take the place of the transmission).What was i thinking?Anyway here is the new up to date readings.
Car with me in it,5 gals of fuel ,and 25psi in right rear air bag.And race psi in tires
LF= 1016 RF= 917
LR= 741 RR= 753
total=3428
All readings are in pounds.

Light......I need to go on a diet

My 71' malibu is almost 3400lbs flat with about half a tank of gas....8 gal or so. :D graemlins/thumbsup.gif

At Tucson's SIR track I weighted my 67 Elky. With me and about 19 gallons of fuel it weights 3404. This is without a front bumper, aluminum rad, heater gone, one race seat, no inner fenders and just about everything taken out that can come out. BB, your car is very light. You're very lucky! My weight bias is 52% front and 48% rear.

Lightweights... I know my '71 MC has got to be over 4000 or close to it with this new BB lol :rolleyes:

Hahaha, got a kick outta this... just pulled out the title to my car, lol, it says it weighs 3,460. I don't see how that can be possible? Even with the SB it still doesnt make sense I though first gen. Montes were like 3700-3800# stock???
