ok ive been trying to figure out what im going to do and I think ive finally came up with it. I want some feedback on it.
first off
-black epoxy primer mostly for looks but also to seal and cover. Door jambs primered also.
-later on doors will be removed and the door jambs sanded and painted with the body color. Also during this the holes will be cut for the power window boots and new door pins, rollers, and bushing installed.
-new weather stripping installed.
-Later on down the road when another car is present to drive and money is avaliable, full quarters and new fenders installed and body work completed and car will be painted. (Hopefully this wont be too far away)
I know since theres gonna be full quarters done on the car that the door jambs will need to be repainted. But the paint is mostly for around the door so the weather stripping wont have to be removed. Its not set in stone on the full quarters but after looking it over its about the only way to go.
just give me some feedback
