This is my first post here, however I am a member over at Camaros.net. The reason for the post is that I saw a 66 SS396 Chevelle at the show in Hamden, CT on Sunday. I think that I may be the brother of the original owner of this car (66 Sandalwood Tan, Black Bench Seat 4 speed car). I talked to the owner who seemed to believe the car came from down south but there are too many similarities here. The car is rare color and most had bucket seats and this car still had tow tabs welded on that looked very familiar, plus the owner noted some damage that he found on the car that matched with a towing accident early in it's life. I would like to talk to the owner again if possible. Anyone know the car?
