Grumpy,
Member TC has a 1969 Chevelle with 295/50R15 tires on 10" wheels. Here is his home page with pics of his car: http://home.bellsouth.net/p/s/community.dll?ep=16&groupid=308433&ck=

I run 295-50-15's on my car but on an 8" rim... I have pics at home if you still want to see, but I don't have any here at work..
The pic in my sig really doesn't show them well...
** Edit, I found some pics of mine from an old post...

Very nice car Scott. I used to live in Fairlawn. I don't miss those winters one bit.
