: Whats a pair of lower control arms worth ?
Blown 70 May 23rd, 07, 2:37 PM I have a pair a perfect lower control arms (not boxed) from a 70 Chevelle these are from an AZ car literally perfect, with newer bushings.
Actually now that I think about it, I have
Upper & Lower rear control arms
Front and rear springs from a factory big block.
and front & rear aftermarket gas shocks "practically new" (Monroe "I think?")
I was thinking of putting it all on ebay, but didnt know if it was best to do as a group. Or just sets of this and that. ???

If I were you I would list the "sets" I.E. Set of rear uppers, Set of rear Lowers, etc. I buy refinish and sell control arms on e-bay and through my web site. I have to make a profit so I pay no more then $60.00 including shipping for a set of rear uppers and lowers combined. They generally go for more then that but I do not care as I have a good inventory and can wait for the actions that get passed over or missed. Ser of front lowers $100.00 including shipping, and set of front uppers $25.00 to $35.00 including shipping. You should be able to get more then that if you write it up well, take good pictures showing their true condition. I hope this helps.:waving:
Blown 70 May 29th, 07, 11:37 AM Spliting it all up is probably a good idea
What do you a fair price is for these 3 packages ?
1) Front & rear coil springs (front springs from BB) $ ?
2) Upper & Lower rear control arms $ ?
3) 4 gas shocks (Monroe or Gabrial I think? practicaly new) $ ?
All Parts in great shape, ZERO RUST ! Honestly dont need any restoration. Parts were removed from a low mileage Arizona 70 Chevelle.
Also have the rear drums assemblys, (but I imagine shipping would cost more than they are worth):(

I would be happy to take the front uppers and lowers including shipping for the $125.00.
Springs are tough to sell. I would list them for $.99 and hope for the best. Same would go for the shocks. You are corrct on the drums.
Blown 70 May 29th, 07, 2:36 PM I dont have front uppers & lowers :( just "rear"
Blown 70 May 30th, 07, 3:41 PM Another person wants to buy the whole package but is restoring a 71 camino
does anyone know if all these parts are the same ?
SS70ElCaminoOwner May 30th, 07, 4:04 PM All GM a-Body 64 through 72 suspension parts, except springs and rear upper control arms, are 100% interchangable.
Springs had different coil heights and wire dimeters based on engine and suspension options. Rear upper arms were different in 64, 65, 66, and 67.:waving:
Blown 70 May 30th, 07, 4:08 PM So everything should work, but "maybe" not the coils ?
SS70ElCaminoOwner May 30th, 07, 4:21 PM Yes
Blown 70 Jun 4th, 07, 11:38 AM I sold the whole lot to a local through Craig's list for $75 :hurray: turns out I still had the entire rear brake assembly as well.
I told the buyer about how great a site this is and he should be signing up. (if he hasnt already)
