I'm looking at an engine to rebuild as a spare. The seller says it is a 327, but not sure. The stamped pad reads V1026FL. Any info would be appriciated.

Looks like a FL is a 1969 327, turbo 350, 210Hp 2BBl full size car.
That would be Medium Journal Cast Crank with 1.94/15 Fuelie Heads

Nice engines respond Great with some camming, Holly/Edlebrock Performer or RPM and headers.
