Just had a nice little 10 second shaker here. They say it was a 4.0 Shook the house pretty good.

Never a dull moment around here.:(

I gotta get out of California.

I sure hope we don't have another big one, the car show is this weekend in the park. Gonna be Rat Rod city. Link http://www.rodandcustommagazine.com/eventcoverage/135_0410_west_coast_kustoms_cruisin_nationals/

I miss those shakers.... I'd rather deal with the occasional shaker and rare big on, then deal with this yearly tornado threat and sirens, and hiding out in your basement.. Two came threw the city I live in and it sucked... back in California, I lived in Fontana, and the biggest shake was the northrigde quake. Did a lot of shaking and destruction, but only in outlying areas. Didn't do any damage in Fontana.

Yikes, we are flying down there on Thursday. Don't need no shakers.

Time to move to the Fresno area. If you scroll around that map in the link you posted, there's not even a earthquake fault shown anywhere near Fresno :) . You just have to deal with the smog over here :( .

Anybody hurt or damage reported?

you live in one of the coolest places on earth, and you want to move? a shaker every ten years, come on, sack up!!!! better think about it, not much in the way of crowds (unless theres a car show) no smog, no snow, 20 minutes to several bitchin beaches, more back roads and wineries than you can count, still a country kind of vibe, great state fair, small town feel, big town accomodations, far from all the huge b.s. cities....

i'd trade places with you in a second. my goal was to retire up there, but like most of cali, i waited too long, and can't afford to buy a home there.

i don't live there, and i'm sure it's got it's p.i.t.a. situations, but i've been a lot of places, and paso robles is a lot nicer than most....

so if paso robles is almost heaven to me, what is heaven to somebody who lives there and wants to move?
