Last year I replaced the mastercylinder I have also replaced 1 rear wheel cylinder front pads rear shoes etc the car sat for a bout a year and has a very low pedal I replaced front hoses the proportioning valve was stuck but now it appears to be free bleed everything still has a real low pedal xcould the proportioning valve be bad
