Take some ultrafine to it (1500-200 grit) and hit it with some compound and a black foam pad to bring the shine back up. Be careful when sanding though, go in a direction with the length of the car and don't press too hard. Also watch when you go to buff it as to not burn the paint.

Use plenty of water and keep washing the dirt off as you sand. You don't want to trap the dirt in the paper. Sometimes if it is large enough, you will get little pock marks in the clear, If this happens, just dab some clear in there, allow to dry and sand until flat.

What if the dirt is orginaly in my base and i cleared right over it. Are you guys telling me that i would need to sand down the clear almost to reach the base or would i be sanding down the dirt to be level with the clear because i fill like the dirt is sandwich in between my primer sealer & my base and then clear coated on top.

If the dirt is between your undercoat and the base, you can't really do anything about it except sand it down and do a blend on it. Is there anyway you can posy up a pic? This is one of those things that is a lttle difficult to explain how to correct the problem without seeing it.
