Malibu Jimbu is right, they are a bear. Here's how I did it: pull the door panel, remove the door glass, and remove all the screws and bolts that hold the vent window frame in. You pull straight upand then rotate it 90 degrees to get it out of the door frame. Bring it to the bench and continue tearing it down. Just keep removing fasteners. I don't remember everything that's involved with this step but I think you need to drill out some revits too. Did this to both side and when i was done the passenger side whistled bad. I have to stuff extra weather striping in the base. I think the mold is wrong for the passenger side personally. I would consider leaving that side alone if your weatherstrip is in decent shape now.

Thanks for the help . Once I got the frame out of the door wasn't too bad .tryed to do it in the door , to tight . Your right about the right side seal being too short Will try glueing it . there are soft seal . never had a bad fit before with them
