So what are the Saturday pre-Show plans looking like?

I think Daryl was going to be doing some part swapping up at his place? Time? Address? or is that on Sunday after the show?

Anything else going on Saturday?

I'm going to be cleaning sanding dust out of my car most of the day- but would love to step out for a bit and hang out with you guys...

Or if anyone will be cruising through Mill Creek (or past 164th St exit on i5) folks are welcome to zip by my place and see what i'm working on, distract me, drink my beer, etc.... :D

AHSOM,

I'd like to come up SAT afternoon but wifey's ankle surgery pretty much has put this plan out of action. Thinking swapping parts with Darryl AFTER the show is the best course of action if I can only make the event Sunday instead of the original SAT-SUN plan.
With the long haul home SUN evening, thinking more than 1 beverage at Darryl's afterward would be about it. No sense spreading good BBC parts all over the freeway.

I noticed you seeking tuning from Darryl. Good move on your part!
I'd bet he jumps on this like a pit bull on a litter of kittens!

I'm trying to figure it out now. I probably gotta drop my son off in Shoreline Saturday morn. I might swing by your place, to check it out. I love the smell of fresh paint in the Morning.:D Dink around in My chopped chort chruck for awhile, then head home to get the Velle ready for Sunday.

Monroe swap meet in the AM then home to play on the 68 chevelle. Exterior done, just doing some upgrades to the interior. The original carpet was looking weathered so I started putting new carpet in it yesterday. I'm a bit more picky now,,,,hmmm, taking longer than any carpet I've put in a car in the past. Of course it is looking better too.
I'll have to finish it Saturday as I need to prep the 69 chevelle for the photo shoot on Friday.
Rushed as usual and behind schedule on everything. A normal dat int his household.

Hehehe... yep all tires are going to be pulled, inspected, and lubed with Nyoil before the race.

I was reading online in the hints and tips to go fast, they say to keep the weight slightly to the rear and keep one front tire off the ground for less rolling resistance. They also recomend highly polishing and buffing the axles prior to oiling.

I'm concidering using a hidden nitrous (model rocket engine) system.
Think that would freak the judges out? LOL :D
