Hey guys,
I'm too young to fully understand my issue at hand. I recently purchased a 71 chevelle and I'm confused about the seat belts. The chevelle has a bench seat in it. Then the driver and passenger get a retractable lap belt that they can attach. Then you also have the sholder belt that is clipped to the headliner. But it seems I only have once place to attach these. So I either have to pick the lap belt, or the shoulder belt. I don't get both. What am I missing here? Should there be another female belt part for each side? Pictures?

Yes...You should have 5 females for the front seat. Our 70 has enough to seat 3 people in the front seat person in middle lap belt only. So check under seat or between bottom and top part of seat (tilt seat back forward) for additional buckles.

I had a feeling that was the case. The seat is new. I have a feeling someone decided two would be a enough when they put it in. I've checked for more. This is an interesting problem.
