Do these things come from the factory with holes drilled in the throttle plates standard? The 80496 comes standard with 78 jets and power valves, correct??

Yep, my primary and secondary throttle blades are both drilled. PV front and back, jetting is 78 front and back. It also comes with extensions for the rear jets

I asked the seller about it and found out that is has 78 jets front w/6.5 PV, 88 secondary with no PV and he said the blades had holes in them. Also said it had .160 double downlegs??
