Not sure if this the right area or not...

I am going to look at a 66' rolling chasis with a muncie tranny and rear end (not sure if its a 12 or 10 bolt yet), just wondering:

Is the frame different between a 2 dr coupe and convertable? What about a 4 dr. car? Just want to be sure what I'm looking at when I go.

He is asking $500, but I haven't seen the frame yet. He says it has a Muncie 4sd in it, claims its a M22, but I doubt it. I think the tranny, even if its a M20 or M21 (if their decent) is worth that. Whats are your opinions?

He won't part it out either.

Thanks
Tod :beers:

2dr and 4dr are the same, convertible is boxed version.

Wagon is different (longer in the rear rails) and El Camino is a boxed version of it.
