I was just looking at Steve Schmidts web site and it says they now offer a one yr warranty on all their racing engines! That's unheard of. I wonder what the stipulations of the warranty are?
Figures, less than a year after I buy one from him, now they come w/ a warranty. :noway:

All engine builders can add a additional warranty to their motors. These are supplied by an aftermarket seller. It will not cover the entire cost of a catastopic failure but will help offset some of the costs.
I believe they will cover up to 2000.00 if I'm not mistaken.
I do know World offers a 2 year warranty even on the 632 inch big block solid roller motors. They call them street motors. I think Scott Shaffirof also offers the warranty.

Yeah others offer warranties but only on their pump gas street motors. Schmidt is offering it on their high comp. race gas engines (all of them). Nobody else does that.
Like you said though, good luck getting it honered probably.
