Hi guys, newbie ERIC here, I have a question about my 1966 Chevelle post Sedan. I think I know the answer but the more the merrier.
When I sit down in my runner, no matter what seat, it is I'm like falling in a hole. Then I thought it might be the suspension because It is the worst in the turns, but I put 4 KYB'S around the car and I even upgraded my rear suspension to an ss F41.:D and all four springs look new, HOWEVER if you push down on the seat/back/bottom it mushes down real easy and it's recovery is very slow, kind of like a dog thats dehydrated you pull up on it's skin and it goes back real slow. ( note: used to give my old dog Saddie of 16 years lactated ringers under her skin/IV to help with dehydration). Now I know seat springs are supposed to give but getting in the back seat you fall in a hole, mind you it's all new interior. I think the seat foam is original and in the crapper, what to you gearheads think.
PS this is a great forum.
