I have finished sizing up all the boards and cutting them out. Now I have ran across a couple of questions.

What is the most efficient way to put the pieces of plywood together to make it moderatly easy to remove if needed without having to tear all the vinly off? or any other methods yall have done.

For the rear sub enclosure should I use MDF soundboard instead of plywood?

Any other suggestions?
