I just picked up a th400 with brake. The transbrake solenoid wires look like they should be replaced, one looks like it has been pulled out too far. Can i take the solenoid apart and replace the wires? or am i looking at a new solenoid.

Does it work?

If just the insulation is pulled back then put some shrink tubing on it.

If it doesn't work then you don't have anything to lose by opening it up.
