Points to be made:
1. the vendors don't manufacture these parts (for the most part).
So re-selling the junk is ok if we don't argue back? YOU have to remember to ask the degree of crappie-ness prior to ordering/receiving/complaining? Weak arguement there, Rich. As a moderator, I would expect a bit more out of you, or are you on the sponsor payroll too?
4. If you find a low quality part, send it back and post a review in the appropriate section on this web site. If vendors can't sell a poorly made part they will either stop selling it or ask the manufacturers to make a better one.
I will believe that when i see it. the feedback section is buried on the site...it should be front and center when you log on-as a constant reminder.
