This is the results and qualifying list.

Where can i find info if they use turbo or supercharger? Interested in top 16 in each class.

If turbo's are legal in a class, I would guess they are at the top of the qualifying list these days....

I know Jim Wiens 69 Camaro is turbo charged,and the Barklage boys are both supercharged, all local from Missouri. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Brad Brand lives just up the road from me here north of Atlanta. His 1992 Mustang has a single turbocharger. He holds the top MPH in 10.5 outlaw ;)

I'm pretty sure Kevin Marsh's car is a Turbo.

So there isnt any fast Centrufugal blower cars left in US? ;(

I went to that race and it seemed most of the cars are going the turbo route. Don't get me wrong there are still plenty of blower and nitrous cars but turbos were everywhere.

There was a guy in a 3rd gen Camaro that was turbocharged. Beautiful new car finished in medium metallic blue. He stages and brings the boost up. Opponent takes his time so the Camaro drops the boost off. Finally they're staged, boost comes up and they're off. Camaro immediately goes boom and is up in flames. The car looked pretty bad but hopefully it was just from the fire extinguishers. Drivers wrists were bandaged so I think he got burned. It was really a terrible thing to see.

I recomend anyone into street legal drags to attend this race. I won't even get into the Mustang running DOT's that was still bouncing the front tires off the ground when he crossed the finish line.
