I watched one almost that bad for for 6500 just a few months ago. I really don't know how you could restore that, and the car is to much and to far gone to cut up even.

I can see somebody hiding a lot of that patching up the holes. Putting a shiny paint job on it and wallah. Its now $20K with all kinds of problems.

if a car looks that bad just in pics, it's bad. it won't be long until you'll be able to buy the cowl-back body for a '70 chevelle convert i predict, then this car along with the frame he's offering, would be workable.
